Château of PassavantAngers

An old classified tower from the 13th century of Maine-et Loire.
While keeping the exterior intact (invisible frame windows), the building has been converted into a single dwelling.
A single volume with a heptagonal base, 12 meters high, surrounded by ogival vaults.
Two mezzanines allow a view on the vault from the kitchen and through the ground floor, intended for an office and a living room.
The walls are lime plastered white, with waxed white concrete floors, metal and oak.

Abreu-Pavlov LoftParis

A former commercial space of approximately 150m² located in the center of Paris transformed into a residential area.
Its concrete structure, which dates back to the 1970s, completely cleaned and left rough, sets the rhythm of the space.
A vitreous space and a few elements integrated inside the envelope delimit and organize the parts without breaking the space. The materials are partly pre-existing, deposited and recovered (parquet flooring), and partly preserved (concrete, steel, glass).

L'Ermitage ApartmentsParis - Montreuil

Conversion of a former workshop with a surface area of approximately 400 m² into rental apartments.
The infrastructure of the existing building has been completely redesigned to match the strict rules of accessibility and the security norms that such an operation requires.
The aim was to offer a quality of space despite a restricted budget and the extreme complexity of the project.

Three apartments have been created, each with a different morphology and organization. The materials and the integrated furniture remain simple and economical.
The interest of the project is focused on the arrangement of the volumes and their interaction with natural light.

Studio LoftParis 3rd

Refurbishment of previous commercial space of approximately 50 m² in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
The project was conceived in a way that allows all the functional elements to be integrated into cabinets occupying as little space as possible and leaving it mostly free.
The space is multifunctional: each element, including the furniture, was designed to give the possibility to work and occasionally live in a comfortable way despite the relative narrowness of the place.
